  Been goin to Tom's Jr Burger my whole life and my dad has been going his whole life. This is one of the few establishments to not take on much (if any) damage during the riots in the 90s and for good reason. They take care of their community and serve them well. The food is priced like any other hole in the wall burger joint. The food may not be the prettiest but it's bomb as hell and the service is never bad. I hope this place stays open for years and years to come so I can continue to take my family and give my money to a worthwhile local business. I live all the way in Orange County nowadays and sometimes make the trip to South Central just to get my Tom's!

  This place fell off! Don't spend your money where you're not appreciated. The chubby girl in the drive thru ignored me at the order box and she ignored me when I pulled up to the window. I said excuse me 7 times literally. What was she doing? Counting her register. What did she have to say? "Hi I'll be right where you, I'm just counting my register".
  
  What did she do? She literally rolled her eyes and said "let me count my register". I just drove off. I've been living in the neighborhood all my life and it use to be a family business. Now it's unappreciative, rude employees working there. The prices are too high now anyway! Fu*k this place I'm going to FRESH AND MEATY BURGER on Florence!!!!!

  If you can give this place 0 ratings that would be great. Went through the drive thru ordered a family pack with cheese and a side chicken burger and star nuggets. Poor quality. No cheese on my family pack and the amount of nuggets they said the star nuggets had which where 5, only came with 4. The burger, the side one was suppose to be a chicken burger and they gave me a supposed half pound burger of meat. They charged me for something different on my receipt and when I called to let them know about their service. Blew me off and said they had no manager or supervisor. Seriously unbelievable. How can a place like this run without no supervision or management to keep them accountable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE.

  1 STAR BECAUSE -5 STARS WASN'T AN OPTION. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, HIGH PRICES, LACK OF RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS, MEDIOCRE FOOD!!!
  I will not return.
  
  First of all, I would think if the location is on a ran down parking lot, the drive thru is in an alley, AND not accommodated for the driver side, the prices would be reasonable but no.
  
  I figured I'd go there since I wanted chili cheese pastrami fries and I was passing through the area but that was a poor decision.
  
  I ordered my food, drove up to the drive thru window THATS AWKWARD IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PASSENGER, and paid with my card. I have the credit card app on my phone so when she charged me an extra dollar, when she came back to the window to give me my food, card, and receipt, I told her I wish she would've let me know it was an extra dollar to use my card. This ignorant then replies back "I DID TELL YOU! IF I DIDN'T TELL YOU IT WAS A DOLLAR, HOW DO YOU KNOW THEN?!" And walks off the window like she was correct.
  
  I will not return due to the poor attitudes, high prices, and lack of respect to listen to the complaint and how to do better by the customers supporting the business.
